Performed on-site inspections correlated with structural, electrical and mechanical aspects of homes, condominiums, commercial / industrial buildings and provide comprehensive written reports outlining significant deficiencies, major damages, potential safety hazards and other areas of concern.
The inspection procedure entails a thorough visual observation of electrical systems, plumbing systems, mechanical devices and structural building components including foundations, framework and roof systems. Operation and testing of various facilities including heating / cooling systems, saunas, hot tubs, swimming pools, major appliance groups and alike are crucial to the inspection procedure as well as proper use of testing equipment and analytical instruments.
The reporting format is designed and conducted in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice adopted by ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors).
The qualifications of a true building inspector can only be achieved through the understanding, knowledge and foresight of all building construction components, systems, "on-the-job-training" & best of all..."hands-on-experience" within various mechanical trade groups over several years.
Flexible Scheduling Options
We understand that your time is valuable. That's why we offer flexible scheduling options to fit your busy schedule. We can even inspect your vacant property on weekends and evenings however you must realize that much can happen over a short period of time.. that is why we do not recommend more than 10 days between inspections. Some homes may require a weekly visit based on the location, type of home and the complexity of the various hvac systems, swimming pools, etc..
